Hi, I'm Jailan Heidar, and I'm thrilled to be able to support you and your family in your parenting journey. 

I’m the founder of The Parenting School, a mom of two, a Certified Parent Educator, with a Master’s of Science in Child, Parenting and Family Studies. I’ve been supporting families for over a decade.

As a mom I know first hand how challenging motherhood is! I understand the challenges that come with raising children and how important it is to have the right resources and support.

Which is why I brought together a group of credible and amazing experts and launched The Parenting School. 

The Parenting School is designed with you in mind! A community platform where you can find like-minded mothers going through similar challenges or having similar goals. Credible hand picked experts that are there to support you in every step of your parenting journey. 

As a mom, I had my own parenting struggles suffering from Postpartum Depression and Anxiety. I thought this was just “the new mom experience”. It took me two years till I was able to find information that educated me on Postpartum Anxiety and I immediately get professional help. I wish I had that knowledge before! How it would have made my experience as a new mom easier! 

At The Parenting School, we believe that community and knowledge are key to every mother’s experience. Which is why The Parenting School is here to offer you support and knowledge to hold your hand through every stage of being a mother.
